OUR STORY
Axis Point is a microchurch.
A microchurch is a small missional community which is part of a
newly forming network here on the First Coast.
A microchurch begins when believers work together in sincere worship
and genuine community to accomplish a part of the mission of God.
Getting to know neighbors, working at our jobs, praying for one another,
and inviting all to a family where people can investigate faith for themselves
without pressure, fear, or judgment. No matter how messy, this is a safe
place for anyone to write a new chapter in their story with God.
Now two years into this chapter, we continue to love one another,
meet new friends who become family, live in community,
play, have conversations and eat around the table.
We are all learning together how we can love Jesus and love others.

MEET US
Barb and Tom Savage know what it's like to move and the challenges that come with adjusting to new jobs, finding their way around and making new friends. You can find Tom working in his handyman business, playing pickleball or at a coffee shop. Tom holds a B.S. from Cairn University and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary. Barb works in banking and loves the beach and writing. They have a bunch of kids and grandkids.
